When we have something come up with our bodies and need medical treatment, or have a chronic condition, and need ongoing medical care, we have a lot of a certain kind of attention paid to our bodies: What is happening with them? What’s “working” and what’s not? Tracking symptoms, relaying information to medical professionals, talk of medication and treatment options, and so on. Hopefully we get some support for what it is we came in with. At the same time, all of this can be exhausting, and can sometimes leave us feeling like something has been missed on a different level.
The same can be true if we don’t have medical challenges, but just a certain degree of stress or overwhelm in our lives, as many people do today, or if we are going through some kind of life transition or healing process.
Touch can be a powerful way to bring us back home to ourselves, to help us remember where we are and how we are on all levels.
In whatever you are going through, my intention is to be with you, with your whole experience. Our bodies have a way of holding on — in tension, in a little ache, or gripping, or an inability to let down, or an emotion — as a way of telling us where and what needs attention. In contacting and touching into, and being with whatever is present, together, we find an interesting thing happens all of itself — things begin to shift and change, tension melts or shifts, emotions move, impressions and insights come. In a session, we enter a process of compassionately listening, supporting and unfolding together, and see what arises. Perhaps the heart opens, or we enter a very quiet place — whatever happens, it’s all welcome.
I’d be honored to be with you in this way.

If you are interested in setting up a complementary 15 minute Zoom consultation, please contact me using the form on my website, or call/text me at 443.418.6562. I look forward to meeting you.
services and rates
I provide 60 minute sessions. Please plan to be at your appointment for up to 90 minutes so we can talk about what is going on for you, have plenty of hands-on time, and have a little time at the end to discuss anything that you want to talk about afterwards.
I offer a sliding scale of $60 – $110 per session.
I do this in order to better support more people in our community. Please pay any amount within this range that fits best with your financial situation – I trust you to make that decision.
We should be able to access support when we need it. In this spirit, it is okay if you vary how much you pay at different sessions, whether due to budgeting needs or to how frequently you are needing sessions at various times, given life circumstances.
If you can afford to pay a higher rate, know that this helps community members who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford sessions to be able to access this kind of support. If you need a supported rate, know that there are community members who want to make sessions more accessible for you.
Cash/check.

Location & Hours
I currently see clients out of my home in Corralitos, CA. I give my exact address to clients ahead of their first visit. Please call or text me to schedule: 443. 418. 6562
Prevention Measures
If you would prefer for both of us to wear N-95/KN-95 masks during our session, I completely understand and am more than happy to do so. There is good ventilation in the space and I can add an additional air purifier as well. Please just let me know if you would appreciate these measures during our sessions and I’ll have them ready for us.
Illness Policy
If you or a member of your household are sick and experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or another type of infection, please notify me as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your appointment until after you and all members of your household are recovered. This protects not only me, but my other clients, my friends and family members, our medical practitioners and our community. Thank you. May you be well.
Not sure if it’s allergies or an infection? I understand that symptoms can be unclear sometimes. Please take an over-the-counter COVID test to see if you are positive or not. If it is negative, I’ll discuss the specific circumstances and may still see you. I may ask that both of us mask up while we are together, just to be on the safe side.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone’s lives. I ask that you simply give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, and likewise I will do my best to let you know as soon as possible if I need to reschedule. At this time there will be no fees for canceled or rescheduled appointments. I will notify you if and when this policy changes.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Out of respect and consideration to me and to other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
