In whatever you are going through, my intention is to be with you, with your whole experience. My bodywork practice is grounded in many years of somatically-based meditation and compassion practices, craniosacral therapy, energy healing, and resilience- and trauma-informed bodywork practices. Available in the Santa Cruz/Watsonville, CA area.
